The Joy of a Slower Sunday

There is something so lovely about a Sunday with nowhere in particular to be. A slow morning, a good breakfast, a walk in the fresh air and the comforting smell of something delicious cooking in the kitchen. No rushing, no frantic list of jobs to get through and, for once, no feeling that we ought to be doing something more productive with our time.

Yet, somewhere along the way, many of us seem to have forgotten how to spend a Sunday simply enjoying it.
